PS3 Move Help For Sons Birthday - Simple Whats Whats :-)

Its my little boys birthday in a few weeks and was looking into the PS3 Move. Have no idea about what i need to get him up and running and also the cheapest way of doing it. I know theres a lot of thread on here about the various deals... but still unsure about how to go about it.

ATM we have the PS Eye as it came with Eyepet. So will i only need the move controller and thats it or will i still need the starter pack ? Also i would like it that my daughter can play a 2 player game like tennis and them both have a controller... is that possible. I did read about 'taking turns' on the controller but are there games out there that they can go head-to-head ?

Also whats the Navigation Controller ? Do i really need this atm as the game they will be playing will be kids games ? Obviously if i won the lottery i would get 2x Move and 2X Navigation but can i get away with them just using a DualShock as navigation (they are 11 and 9) ??

Lastly is Asda the best place to get the Move from atm if i just need the controllers on their own?

Anyone got a spare 2 mins to enlighten me :-D

Why does it seem to be the same price (on Amazon) for the move controller singular as it is for the move starter pack (including camera)?

EDIT:
There was a thread a couple of weeks ago with the move controller selling for £27.97 in Asda. Personally I would buy the pack and take your old eye camera and sell it at CEX for a tenner then put that towards the cost of a second move controller. I'm sure the disc that comes in the pack has enough stuff to keep the kids occupied that don't require the navigation bit.

Demo disc that comes with bundle

From a review on Amazon
"I would recommend getting two Moves rather than a Move and the Navigation controller at this stage so you can enjoy two player games or those which require two Moves such as the archery on Sports Champions. The Move will navigate the XMB quite adequately for most features from power on through to power off."

I've read around and it seems that you may want to get:

1x Move Starter pack that contains Camera, move controller and demo disc.
1x Second move controller (or even a second starter pack if the prices are the same and then sell the extra cameras).

And maybe Sports Champions for PS3 if you want a standalone game.

Thanx m8. Just ordered two moves from Asda Direct. As far as the demo disk is concerned... most of them can be dl'd from the ps store so cant justify the extra expense on the starter pack. Would like to know if the navigation controller is a must... but looking at it it seems atm its not really needed.

I've read around and it seems that if you get something like the Sports Champions game (£22.65 Amazon) then two of the move controllers are of more use than the navi as the archery and gladiator games require two move controllers.

Well if anyone reading this is near Knight & Lee in Portsmouth they have a move controller that is priced at £22. I rang them twice to check and they confirmed and put it by for me. I think theyve got it wrong and mixed up with the nav... but i CHECKED twice and asked them to describe and its def the move controller. So its there if anyone wants it as i really needed 2 controllers and cant justify driving 20 miles round trip plus parking fees for the sake of £7 and only 1 controller. Have just ordered from asda to have delivered at my local which is 2 mins away :-)
