Ps3 question - putting music and videos onto hdd

I installed a 320gb hard rve on my ps3 a few weeks ago and have now added about 80gb of mp3 and around 15 gb of films

when i go to the videos on the ps3 they are all in alphabetical sub folders which makes it easier to find what you are looking for but the music isn't for some reason and it takes ages to scroll through all the files, is there any way i can have the music in alphabetical sub folders?

it all depends on the id tagging. mine was the same so i took it all off. looks like sony need to allow more flexibility for the user to list contents...

Just press the square button until you get the files into separate folders.

Keep pressing. I've got my badly tagged mp3s in separate artist folders.

Just add this site to your ps3 browser http://www.ps3-themes.com/ you can download themes directly, or get them from the PS store.

More like this then?

The thing is that puts all the tracks in alphabetical order but doesn't take into account the artists, I really don't like it that way.
