PSN Question

My son logged on to PSN today for the first time since it went down and went to he welcome back pack.

He selected little big planet and although it shows in his transactions, it didn't download. He thought he might have ran out of disk space so deleted loads of stuff but still nothing.

When he goes back to welcome pack screen there isn't an option to select any games.

Anyone know what he's done wrong or if there is a way to rectify it?

Any help appreciated.

Try this:

1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
3. Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

go to account managament, transaction management and then services list. From there you can select network promotions to re-download games
Thank you, will get him to give it a go.
It would be in your bought history (or could be called something similar) and you can re-download.
