Have a psp 3003, is it possible to put custom firmware on it ? if yes how ? thank you

The answer is maybe, depends on your current firmware.

If it's possible it is only temporary and needs to be re-installed each time you fully power off the PSP.

Yes, however if you've gone above 5.03 firmware then you're screwed.

not true.you can downgrade if your version is compatible.(although only with a pandora)
