I need to get from victoria Coach Station to Terminal 5 on a Sunday Morning , What would be the best mode of transport , Tube or train ...

try this link, put in the journey details and it will tell you all transport available and you can check cost. Hope this helps

I would just stick with the Tube! The Express won't save you heaps of time as you've still got to get up to Paddington Station and in that time you would have already managed a few stops on the Underground.

Go to either Victoria or Sloane Square Stations, get the District Line to Barons Court (You'll need to get either a Richmond or Ealing Broadway Train) and then cross over the platform to get the Piccadilly to Heathrow! Don't change to the Piccadilly Line sooner or you'll have a long walk through tunnels!
