I have sold a bike on ebay and the buyer wants it delivering, we have argeed on a delivery price. However I was wondering what would be the best way to send it, package it and how much is it going to be ? can anyone help with good courier services that send large items.

Thanks

http://www.parcel2go.com he sounds like a problem buyer....this should have been sorted before he bid on your item if it was pick up only.

Get a box for it, take off the pedals & the handlebars. Really, if it was pick-up only, he should sort out collection himself (either by collecting himself or him organise & pay for the courier).

Or just ride the bike yourself to the buyer :D

thanks for your help, I did put in description cash on collection. The buyer does seem fishy to me. Been a member since 2008 bought or sold nothing so has no feedback at all. at first I didnt think he was going to pay but he did. I know not to accept payment from paypal and allow him to collect. I'm probably just gonna see if he can collect if not send him his money back, he isnt very good at sending back messages either.

Dare I ask how much the bike sold for?

refund him the money and offer second chance to next highest bidder, its not worth the hassle of it all especially as you could be out of pocket after agreeing to a delivery price without knowing how much delivery is going to be
