it is in several parts - the newest is 30 years old - the rest about 70 I think - need drains lined from garden to the ones in house - about 40 foot would think? Also require one drain manhole which is beginning to collapse at the top of the drain repaired.

im a member of the guild of master crafts men, its worth taking a look there, if your house is built before 1937 its the councils who should fix your drains at no cost, thats why i asked,,,cheers:-D

any drains that are put down 1937 or before are the councils responabilty, does not matter who owns the grounds, give them a ring to confirm, but i am right, good luck, and when you have had them done for free, i drink cider,,lol
