Has youre neighbour got a vent and the winds blowing the smell youre way. This happened to me, I had the gas board out twice and they couldnt find it. Eveyone was moaning about the smell!

If in doubt give them a ring!

we got exactly the same prob smell gas but its next doors vent from his boiler :thumbsup:

Had a problem with gas smells in the office where I worked. Called the gas board out, they checked but couldn't t find a fault. Then someone confessed that he had been farting.
