I bought a PAYG mobile from Three (who I would not trust as far as I could throw them - as two out of three purchases have been declined) which tracked almost immediately.

About ten weeks later it was then declined.

So I submitted an enquiry which then returned....

"Response from Merchant. enquiry unsuccessful - Another Marketing channel was accredited with the sale"

I use a browser specifically for quidco, and if the order did track initially, then how could it have been attributed to another cookie?

Any ideas anyone?

If you have an order number submit an enquiry to quidco with the ordering information. They will then investigate this for you. But you must have an order number from 3G.

Yes - I submitted the number for both that tracked and were declined.

One then tracked again - altough from March I am still awaiting payment.

The other was the one they claimed there had been another cookie had obtained payment. However, for it to have tracked - surely that means the Quidco cookie was the one that permitted that to happen?

Also - I use a browser (Epiphany) specifically for Quidco - and clear the cookies prior to making a purchase. So it sees weird there could have been a competing cookie - especially when it was initially attributed to Quidco.

the 3 web site is rubbish for orders.
just purchased an LG phone, paid by card 2 days after delivery due i get a email saying we were unable to process your payment.so i give them another chance thinking i made a mistake with my card details.:whistling:
put through a second order with a different card and the same happen again but this time they did take the payment and still didnt send the phone:w00t:

i think their have been a few people having problems with 3 not paying up on other cash back sites.
my 2 quidco did track but were declined after they cancelled my orders.
good look mate:thumbsup:

Effectively if they tell quidco that it never tracked - they are just drawing in customers with fake prices - and using the woolly status of a third party discount to get more money from you.

Wouldn't it be interesting if the cookie that claimed it was threes own cookie?

But then again - they rely upon you never finding out.

The entire thing would be far better if something did fail to track if they told you who it tracked to - as if they mention a site you never visit - it would make it easier to show they were conning you.
