I have had a quick trawl through the CNM feedback thread but cannot find a answer to my question below.
A work collegue has sent in his first claim to CNM, and I vetted the letter and contecnts to check they were OK. Claimsent by RM SD and has been received by CNM.
Do CNM inform you by email or text when they receive te claim like some other companies i.e. CPW group?
Or is it a case of wait and see?
Or do they just inform you when its too late that you have made a mistake?
