The PSU is not powerful enough for the PC we want to build.

Will a micro-atx PSU fit the case?

Cheers.

Would it not be easier just to undo the screws and have a look for yourself?

Looks like a std case from picture. uATX are just less high than mid or full towers. Power supplies are basically interchangeable. Bolt off and bolt on.
Can't really understand the logic for buying a case with a 250W supply if that's not what you need tho. Will end up costing you more in the end.

What do I need to look for?

Sounds like its an SFX form factor PSU - "The "regular" SFX power supply is nominally 100 mm wide, 125 mm deep and 63.5 mm in height. It includes a 60 mm power supply fan for cooling"

Why do you need more power? Its a compact case and as such won't dissipate heat as well as a larger case/PSU so probably isn't suited to a really beefy system/graphics card. On the other hand, such PSUs are often more reliably rated than bargain-basement ATX PSUs so it should be able to provide the 250W it quotes - the currents available are usually printed on a sticker on the PSU.

its not far off the biggest of the uATX psus anyway, there are a couple of 400 watt ones but they are cheap n nasty so prob dont act provide anywhere near the amps needed,
best uATX i've found is the fsp 300 which has dual 12 rails

The power supply and the space around it would probably make the most sense. Have you built PCs before, and do you know much about the process?
