Google will answer this, and yes you can google it for a guide.
Did a quick google search for you -

Method One
If you share your computer with other people, one solution is to maintain separate user accounts on the computer for each person.

Method Two
You may use multiple iPods on a computer without the need to create multiple user accounts. To do this, you can set iTunes to update each iPod with only certain playlists.

Method Three
Create a separate iTunes library for each iPod
iv had a look it turns out you need to have 2 different profiles. cool.:-D
Just create another user account on your XP, Vista etc. Problem solved.

And if you want the same music on both ipods then put it all in a shared folder so its available to both users.
Nope itunes can only be synced with 1 iPod
