You basically log in to Quidco and search for the company you will be buying from - it does not give you any immediate discount, but when the cashback is paid (usually after 2-3 months) you can either receive it via paypal or as a BACS transfer into your bank.

I've received more than £200 this year, but know that other people receive far far more than this.

I thibk its fab. Last month (my first payment month) i got £69.00 into my bank (after their charge)
This month already i have £83.05 ready to be paid and i got another £130.50 awaiting to be paid so hopefully this month i will get over £200.
Not bad as this is only my 2nd month.
Ok some retailers are unreliable and get out of paying and decline transactions but on the whole its great.
This is my screen:

They get the money from the retailers then pay you either paypal or into your bank.
All you do is click on the link complete your purchase then they sort all the rest out. Very easy!!

Taken from Quidco's website...

Where does the cashback money come from?
So you understand how to get cashback from Quidco but you're wondering, "Where does the money come from?"

As you can imagine merchants have large marketing budgets, this marketing money pays for newspaper ads, TV spots and other places you see ads in everyday life. Almost every major merchant allocates a portion of this marketing budget to online advertising. This is usually done through an affiliate marketing arrangement where the merchant joins a third party tracking network.

The tracking network enlists websites to publish merchant ads in return for earning a percentage of any merchant sales generated.

When an end user (you) clicks through one of these ads and purchases a product it is tracked by the tracking network and merchant.

The merchant in turn gives a percentage of the transaction value to the tracking network who in turn pass it on to the website.

Quidco works by returning all of that percentage back to you the purchaser. Because Quidco is a cooperative you will get back every penny that is passed on from the network to quidco for your transaction. Quidco is able to function as a cooperative by keeping back £5 from your first yearly payout; if you don't earn enough cash for your payout you will not pay £5. This deduction is only made once a year no matter how many payouts you make or how much cash you earn.

The Quidco model works for both the merchant and you. It enables the merchant to reach a large base of motivated savvy buyers and it enables you to get back big savings by buying from merchants who participate in the model
