Quidco - absolute RUBBISH!!!

I have had a quidco account since last summer, and made a few big purchases through it.

I have £82 waiting for payment to myself. And waiting, and waiting. Everytime the date comes, they just put it back a month with no explanation.

5 months now I have waited, i have just emailed them to complain. Why people recommend this utter con of a website beats me, yes it looks nice the amount of cashback sitting in your account but seemingly it means nothing without actually being paid to you!

Anyone else had the same problems with this. Are there any better cashback websites that will actually give you your earned green?

Sorry for the angry nature of the post, it just frustrates me so much!!!!

Apparently they are not.... lol

part of why its recommended so much as HDUK and quidco are all owned by the same person
#3
No problems here always pays out when due.

do you mean you have £80 under received or validated, if under received you havent set your limit for payout above the £80 have you
#5
i had a problem a few times...only once a large amount-insurance cashback fom asda-waited around 18months-just kept reminding them and i got it eventually!
#6
I have the same problem with Topcashback merchants. It is the merchants though not quidco - i have never had a problem with quidco though
#7
Its always been fine, probably as person above says you havent changed the limit and if its over that then it wont pay out till you change it
#9
No problem with quidco either, received around £400 so far, some do take 6-8 months to pay up but you just have to wait.
#10
I doubt it's Quidco, your money is probably only validated, not received. Either that or your minimum payout is set above £80 or maybe you haven't set up payment details properly?
#11
I had a big payment (£200+) that kept being delayed - about 4 months total, but I assumed it was because the retailer wasn't paying out on time. Anyway, it got paid to me in the end.
#12
Mine's always been fine. I've only ever had £4.23 not paid but generally the problems relate to the company rather than quidco.

topcashback totally beats quidco. love it....no stupid £5 fee!!

2k + here. As above, there is an escalation procedure. Raise a ticket and someone will get back to you. I've had a couple of transactions not progress over the years, however raising a ticket means the staff are aware. You should receive some sort of response, hopefully favourable.

Totally agree. Stopped using quidco as it take £5 each year from you. Topcashback is free so I don't know why people use it as they are losing out on £5 a year.

Never had any problems being payed

i dont use quidco anymore, only use tcb, quidco became a pain in the butt, and tcb will always match quidcos rate should tcb be a lower rate

If it was money they were going to spend anyway, it's essentially free money.

You've probably setup the cash to go to your paypal account... the maximum for that is i think £50. and because of that your cash wont be paid until you setup the transfer to a proper bank account !!!! Until then, the payment will be postpone to the next month each time !!! :santa:

ok thanks guys.

the problem was my account was set to paypal - and they cant put more than £50 in there. So Ive changed it to my bank account and hopefully i'll recieve the £82 in my bank at the end of the month.

People go ape on here when they can save 1p on a can of beans, £5 is millionaires money !

Another reason to use Topcashback or Cashback Kings is they pricematch other sites so you are always guaranteed to get the best cashback as it can vary between the sites.

£472 up due to quidco, its great
#28
I always receive like 35p even they they've tracked £5

Took me a while to get paid, but I eventually did and now it works fine.

Check your settings and double check your bank details.
