Quidco Advice Please!

Hi guys,

I am looking for some advice on what i can do.

On 2nd November my OH wanted to play bingo on party casino, so we signed up via quidco for some cashback.

The deal was, deposit a minimum of £13.50 and get 5 party poker points for £30 cash back.

So, i signed up, and deposited £15.00

After signing up, we got the 5 party poker points and then the problems started.

Suprise, Suprise quidco didn't track, so i keep checking back just in case it is slow, but nothing... however i do notice that the minimum deposit had changed to £16 now, conveniently £1 more than we had deposited! lol

So, i leave it 30 days until now, as i wanted to compose a cashback enquiry, however as i can forsee some problems with this i messaged their customer support explaining the above deposit amount discrepancy.

I got this reply today,

Hi,

I had a look into our records and the offer for a minimum deposit of $25 (£16) and having earned 5 party points to become a qualified real money player has been available for a while.

You do need to meet that merchants and Quidco's terms and conditions to be eligible for cashback.

I trust this helps with your enquiry.

Kind Regards,

Kim

No kim, actually, that doesn't answer my question! thatjust annoys me, since you are suggesting that i am wrong!

Anyone got any ideas? does quidco fluctuate depending on the $ exchange rate?

I have googled Quidco, Party Casino and £13.50 and i get plenty of matches! so i am not going mad, and it was DEFO this amount when i signed up, so what now? i feel i have been conned into depositing money!

Thanks

Quidco should only ever be looked at as a bonus and not a given, to be honest I have started looking at other cashback sites as quidco is getting steadily less reliable.

Maybe so, but then that is false advertising, it clearly stated, deposit X amount, and get x amount cashback.

Same with me I tried sun bingo and it hasn't tracked but it has only been 2 days going to leave until tommorrow to raise a query.

Print screen your google search results if they need proof.

Some items may take 30 days still need to check about mine. It depends on the retailer.

I think some places purposely do it for 30 days hoping you will forget it or drop it.

Edit : from what I can see most places now make you wait 30 days.
