Quidco FREE for Students with NUS card!

Quido is FREE to students with an NUS Extra card! Normally there is a £5 annual fee taken out of your earnings.

See http://www.nus.org.uk/en/NUS-Extra/Discounts/2010/NUS-Rewards-Student-Cashback/

Log in on the URL above, then click the button on the URL above to be directed to Quidco, then use Quidco as normal.

I believe you can't use this with an existing Quidco account, but that's not a problem. Just simply start using your NUS Extra Quidco account instead!

Also earn cash back while in-store on the high street!! http://nus.quidco.com/in-store-cashback

I use both. It depends which has the better deal, including "official" vouchers.
I like the Quidco experience better overall though.

Tcb does not track? I can't remember the last time someone complained about them. Always works for me.

I've never had tcb not track, quidco has failed so many times I don't even bother with it anymore.

It is time that Quidco put a stop to their annual charge for everyone, not just students.

They are just greedy.

I've just switched to Top CashBack, as to avoid the £5 fee for 2011... I guess TCB doesn't need an annual charge as they have advertisements on their website.

I realise this topic is quite old now, but just to let you know, the £5 membership does actually still apply to the NUS Quidco account. Please see the NUS terms and conditions for more information:

"About NUS Rewards and Quidco Cashback
How much will it cost me?
Quidco retains the first £5 of your earnings each year (enabling us to employ a fantastic team to hunt out the best deals for you). We then pass 100% of the remaining cashback you earn back into your bank account (or PayPal account if you prefer)

E.g. you purchase a new 12 month SIM only contract through Quidco which offers £100 cashback. We will retain the first £5 before we credit your bank account with £95. For each subsequent purchase following the initial £5 retention, you will receive 100% of the cashback for the remainder of the year!"

I was going to say, that I can't see that I've ever been charged the £5 fee.
But I think I've found it hidden away on the Summy page! It's certainly not clearly promoted.

What is the point of the NUS Extra Quidco? I could just use my regular Quidco account! The NUS version has less retailers listed!

Think I'll stick with TCB who are more generous

Probably because every time he responds, all he really does is bump a thread in which various people bemoan Quidco's lousy quality of service and pointlessly greedy fees, while singing praises of the entirely better TCB. I think it's better for them just to not say anything, sort-of like that Gary Busey / Meat Loaf situation from Celebrity Apprentice.
