Hi folks,

Could those of you who are having problems getting on to the site let us know exactly what is happening when you try to access, it, please? For example, do you get a 404 error page (Page cannot be displayed), or is it just slower than normal?

Also, please could you let me know the exact and full URL you're trying to access (the address in the browser bar that starts with http://).

And lastly, is it happening when you're just trying to access the site before logging in, or when you're trying to log in?

Many thanks, Carol

I can access the home page when I am not logged in.
When I am logged in i get a message like this:
Safari can’t open the page.
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://www.quidco.com/”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

I have found that I can access the website from Google links to secondary pages. If I then logout, the homepage is accessable.

I too cannot access Quidco via its homepage. I have had this problem for the few days? I access Quido via Google Links!

The message I get in my address bar is/remains: http://www.quidco.com/

The message I get in my taskbar is:
HTTP 500 Internal Server Error - Windows Internet Explorer

Hope this helps in diagnosing/resolving the problem.

Thank you all for your responses. Our developers are looking into the problem. It would be helpful to them if they could look at some of the affected accounts to see if there's a common thread that may be causing the issue. With a view to that, if any of you would be willing to PM me your Quidco username, we would be grateful. Failing that, would you mind submitting a ticket here, so we can pass the info to the developers that way?

Thanks for your patience while we work on this issue. :)
