Maybe if you had bought it instead of having brought it, it may have tracked.

:(

I am tempted to cancel my order on the strengh of it. £650 was a nice deal, £700 isnt :(

You keep all the relevent details, Put a missing transaction claim in here and you should be okay. It's pretty commonplace for some transactions not to track.

This may be stating the obvious, but it was Dell and not Dell outlet ? Outlet doesn't pay anything...

Just cancel the order and phone Dell's sales line. The sales staff get comission and increased bonuses on what they sell, so if you make it clear to them that by buying the exact same system through Quidco you'd save 6% or whatever the figure is, they will check it out, and offer you the same discount. The big advantage i that it's a straight discount, so the % is never taken from your account in the first place, and you don't have to pay the £5 "admin fee" on it or anything.

It worked for me.

It was Dell not the outlet.

I sent in an enquiry, and it has automatically added the cash to my account while they pend it. Strangely enough they only tracked at £33 instead of £47.

Ah well, thats life I suppose.

If thats the case put in an incorrect earnings query. I know these things can be a pain but if you keep all transaction info like an order ref, product ref, the email used, amount etc then you have nothing to worry about. WHY accept £33 when £47 is the cashback amount??

Remember Dell is value minus VAT on product only so £33 probably is about right.

Never knew that, probably best to send quidco an enquiry then asking how Dell operates when it comes to CB.

It says, but guess the OP didn't notice. (Back to 4% now)

Damn, was 6% when I brought the laptop.

Ah well.
