Has anybody else had a problem with Quidco underpaying?

I only noticed because I had two payments of £49.99 each which have finally paid out from buying new phones in April so I was expecting over £100 with other payments added on. I was a bit surprised when Quidco paid me £96 this month.

I checked my account and they seem to have underpaid me every month for the last 3 months. It adds up to about a tenner - not a massive amount enough to annoy me.

It's worth logging into Quidco, selecting "payments" and making sure the total of all the payments for each month add up to the amount paid (I pasted mine into Excel 'cos I couldn't be bothered to add them up).

I GOT £40 cash back, should have been £60. took printscreens at the time as evidense of the cash back. contacted them but no esponse yet.

Mine seems to be fine, shame, I was hoping they owed me more! Is £5 of the missing money your membership fee?

i dont really understand quidco, I have the £50 from o2 simplicity thats been validated for over a month, does it have to wait to be received until its gets paid? iv looked on the help section but it doesnt seem to explain this.

Yes, Validated just mean that they have confirmed you met the criteria so to speak to be paid out. They are now awaiting the payment before paying it to you.

Count your self luckly, I did a home insurance policy and the cashback got declined... but an enquiry in and the reason was the insurance company declined for no reason.

Quidco are unable to investigate once a decision has been made. -- complete rubbish if you ask me as there was nothing wrong with the tracking and i was due £40 back...

At least i did not factor the cashback into the price.

I have been waiting since Sep and Oct 09 for payment of £38.00 from GTA Hotels and wrote to Quidco again last night but will make no difference i suppose.
Its annoying because it is tracked and cant see why they dont have to pay out.
I know Quidco is a bonus but why advertise cashback if they dont honour it ?

That was my first thought, but my membership fee was paid in April.

I understand the complaint about not tracking - I had that a few times it was caused by cookies from other sites claiming the sale. I now get round it by having 2 browsers on my PC. If I'm gonna buy something I open my 2nd browser (IE8), delete history and cookies and then go to Quidco. Since changing to this system I've never had anything fail to track.

Likewise things that have tracked but not paid - it can take months.

However, my issue is different and suggests there's an error in Quidco's systems. There's a page that lists you payment for each month and gives the breakdown of all the individual cashbacks (under "payment" surprisingly enough) but they just don't add up. I'm wondering if there's an error in their programming somewhere (a bit like the recent Clydesdale mortgage scandal).

I went back over the last 6 months but i's just the last 3 that are wrong.

Not had a reply form Quidco yet (but it is the weekend).

It's not quidco from what you have said, it's the merchant. I would submit another ticket and ask them too look into it again.
Insurance is the biggest category that gets declined due to high fraud rates (people sign up, take cashback then cancel).

go over to moneysavingexpert and post on there, as the quidco rep still comments on those threads, unlike on here - which is strange considering the links between here & quidco, and I would expect more income is generated from here.

OK - Quidoc got back to me and solved it.

Stupid me - it was my £5 membership charge. I though they'd taken it in April (it says my membership is April-April), instead they've taken it in 3 instalments from May-July (I didn't get paid enough in May & June to cover it in one payment)
