Quidco newbie here...

Ordered something through Ebuyer yesterday, shows up as £1.70 declined:-(

How come? just glad its a trivial sum not a £100 insurance cash back or the likes. Thought I'd better ask about this Declined now rather than later.

tia for any nfo

The OP is on about EBUYER NOT ebay. :giggle:
You can get 14p for ebay but it needs to be over £3.00 excluding P&P.

It says somewhere on quidco that ebuyer transactions are automatically decined when they are tracked, and this will change after it has been validated.

Yep although its in yellow - should be in red so peeps notice it! This is on the ebuyer page assuming you've logged into Quidco.

Please read the following before proceeding:

**This will immediately track in as declined because of a reporting anomaly. The status should change after 6 weeks or so to tracked if everything is okay with your purchase.

Please note: Although the vast majority of transactions are tracked successfully, the network currently responsible for this merchant has decided to only pay 50% for any successful enquiries on missing transactions. We have expressed our dissatisfaction to the network and are doing everything we can to improve this situation

Thanks for the reply and highlighting that, just nipped in and read it myself in the yellow box...obviously I never took a blind bit of notice of it at the time.
