I use quidco for a lot of stuff but i am not sure how this will work.

I am going to order a family holiday through direct travel and they take quidco

but i will first be paying a deposit then basically paying it up (not direct debit or anything but just as i get/have the cash)
will quidco only accept one transaction or will it take every one

i could be wrong but i think quidco will do one ammount based on the full cost of the holiday and it will be paid to you sometime after you have paid the final installment and the travel company verify it.

This is exactly what happens. Booked twice through Thomas Cook and had cashback on the full amount although after the initial deposit I paid the balance in one. Paying by instalments shouldn't make any difference.

Just the first. The transaction will remain as tracked until you make the final payment

I did answer your question.
You only have to go through your chosen cashback site to make the initial payment.
You do not have to go through it for any further instalment.
Your cashback will track after the first payment and will only progress after you have made the last payment.
