Quidco question/help

i done a usb dongle contract for a mate of mine on orange using Quidco and they have not tracked it it was 2 months ago and i am just about to complete a earnings Enquiry to find out what's happened. i just wanted to know if you use Quidco and get cash back on someone else's name is that ok or is it against there t&c?

i would very much appreciate any help or info that anyone can give. will give rep for help.

Did you attempt to claim cashback for the friend using your existing quidco account ?

You might have issues on several fronts:

For missing earning enquiries
After validation period has ended you must raise your enquiry within 45 days, unless specified otherwise in the retailer page at point of purchase.


and from the member agreement at sign up:


There are various circumstances in which Cashback will not be payable to the Account Holder, and will be forfeited to us, namely:
[LIST=a]
[*][INDENT]where the cashback payment that we receive is not attributed to a Qualifying Transaction or associated with an Account (such as where the Account Holder is not logged-in to the Quidco Service when making the relevant purchase)[/INDENT]
[*][INDENT]the transaction to which the Cashback relates is cancelled after it has been entered into (whether under the right of cancellation that applies to some sales made at a distance, or otherwise) the Cashback is attributed to an Account Holder or Account that has been:[/INDENT][LIST=a]
[*][INDENT]suspended by us under Clause 8 of this Agreement;[/INDENT]
[*][INDENT]associated with any fraudulent activity or any breach of this Agreement;[/INDENT]
[*][INDENT]used to make purchases on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person[/INDENT][/LIST]
[*]where the Cashback is held in, or attributable to, an Account that has been inactive for more than twelve months;[/LIST]


Your best option is to contact Quidco directly.

thanks for your help i think i will leave it as "used to make purchases on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person" so if i mention it i could lose alot for than the £40 that i will gain.


might try email them with the question anyway just not about my account.
