I have been with quidco the past 2 years, the past 5 months my payment status has been changing monthly without actually paying out i.e - next payment 30th jan then after this time next payment 30th feb and so on until now it's 3oth april. So i have had £190 waiting to be paid to me since december 09. I've not had any emails or contact from them to let me know anything was wrong so I contacted them about this yesterday. I was informed that because I have used a retailer several times in the same month they will not pay me the amounts that this retailer has ALREADY paid to them!
They are telling me I have to open seperate accounts and get these funds transferred over (therefore having to pay them £5 a time aswell to open another account!!! not soft are they!)
I have never had a problem with this before, I would understand if these transactions had declined and I was challenging them about it, but the retailer has already paid the funds to quidco and they are refusing to pay them back to me!
Can anyone help on this matter? I cannot believe they are refusing to pay the funds when they received them more than 6 months ago! I don't think I will be using them again after this!
