I have been with quidco the past 2 years, the past 5 months my payment status has been changing monthly without actually paying out i.e - next payment 30th jan then after this time next payment 30th feb and so on until now it's 3oth april. So i have had £190 waiting to be paid to me since december 09. I've not had any emails or contact from them to let me know anything was wrong so I contacted them about this yesterday. I was informed that because I have used a retailer several times in the same month they will not pay me the amounts that this retailer has ALREADY paid to them!
They are telling me I have to open seperate accounts and get these funds transferred over (therefore having to pay them £5 a time aswell to open another account!!! not soft are they!)
I have never had a problem with this before, I would understand if these transactions had declined and I was challenging them about it, but the retailer has already paid the funds to quidco and they are refusing to pay them back to me!
Can anyone help on this matter? I cannot believe they are refusing to pay the funds when they received them more than 6 months ago! I don't think I will be using them again after this!

Thanks for that!, I was looking for a different site, I will be using them from now on.

Just can't believe they are refusing to pay the funds they have been holding for 6 months!

considering HUKD and quidco are owned by the same person/company i expect the mods here to be falling over themselves to sort this out,
But i wont be holding my breath for it

they are two separate companies but both owned by admin, and both have their own separate teams. As far as Im aware none of the mods on here have anything to do with any quidco issues

quidco dont let you have more than one account, so that advice is really weird!!!

I would suggest topcashback, really good

What are you payment settings? Think paypal cant be used over £50 or you could have BACs set to an amount over that? - that would be what I would of assumed the problem was

Topcashback all the way, I will never use Quidco again.

I have been rowing with quidco for ages over them not paying out validated transactions. Went to Topcashback about 6 months ago.

Sorry to see I'm not the only one having problems with quidco. As I've said in other threads I spend more time chasing quidco for items that didn't track. And you have to wait 30days in some cases before you can raise enquiry so I have to set a reminder to do that in 30days time.

I should have switched to topcash months ago when people suggested them to me.

I'd like to know the company too. I think it would be useful for all of us to know so that we can avoid using this company too often. Just wondering, did you happen to use different ids to claim some kind of first customer benefit. Maybe they're saying you need different Quidco accounts as, from the way you accrued your Quidco, you appear to be different people (if you see what I mean).

None of this really rings true. Wouldn't surprise me if it was just an anti QC troll post.

I did also consider that option Sass. Been quite a few one per customer offers on QC.

wasnt there someone on here the other day bragging about how to get extra money through ebay, maybe they been doing that and got caught, but like you i think there is more to this than said, quidco dont allow multiple accounts so why would they recommend this
#22
Were the orders with said company all in your name ???

its meant to be your account only and not to be used for ordering items for other people maybe thats why they want you to open more accounts.

No, but you can't deny there's a lot of axe grinding over QC. Only takes one person to start a riot.
