Quidco seem to be doing a site update, which reduces 5 steps down to 3, looks intresting, not sure if it'll make things faster, only time will tell!

About time they negotiated direct deals and cut out the middlemen, that would allow them to provide a seamless service to their customers. I am a long time fan of Quidco but every time I see a "never got cashback" post I hear another nail being tapped into the coffin. They are the only popular site that still charges a fee and are often beaten on cashback %.
But they have been around long enough to see the writing on the wall, maybe they don't read it.

Doesn't seem to be much to me, rpoints operated for years with pending and paid, just Quidco catching up realising there's no need for the extra columns.

The only way I'd go back to quidco is if they became more reliable and stopped the £5/year fee.
For me, topcashback has been much more reliable and the people dealing with any issues much nicer.

I just wish they'd sort out the waiting for cash back to be paid. They advertise something that says fast payment within a month. Yet you wait 6, 7 or 8 months plus for them to pay up.

It gets on my nerves, its false advertising and something that is no where near accurate.

^^^same here
its now more difficult than ever to justify the £5/year admin fee
its not that quidco is bad though, just that topcashback does it for at least as good.

just dont make multiple orders 1 after each other with TCB because they mysteriously vanish ........awaiting the usual bull crap excuse that theyve been credited elsewhere with competing cookies
