Quidco - who else is having difficulty extracting large payments from them?

A lot of problems showing up on MSE - and even on the Quidco blog!

I'm still struggling to get paid, despite numerous attempts with their hopeless ticket system. It works well for them, though. They get your ticket, they send a half-answer, then they just close the ticket as if it never existed. Brilliant!

Anyone else having problems with them?

My friend raised a ticket a few months back for non payment of transactions set to 'paid'.
It was then closed and he recieved an email informing him of the closure of his account.

Lets say the money stolen by quidco was in excess of £500.

He's heard nothing since.

Ive been waiting for a fiver for like 4 months! I'm not using it anymore. I used to do the recurrers but it seems I am only doing it for their bleeding membership fee!

Ive always said their payment system is a joke, there are plenty of better cashback sites out there, with quicker/easier payout procedures.

Much better cashback sites out there..............i'd give these cowboys a wide berth.

Ive never had any problems with them despite having now had over £2k in cashback

Every enquiry ive put in had been settled fine, yep some were a bit slow like William Hill but the rest were fine

Plenty of other cashback sites out there who pay out a lot less per merchant so I reckon ill stick with Quidco rather than the others who keep most of it for themselves
