If anyone can rememeber i had trouble with a seller a month ago involving a lost Pink LG mobile phone, he was crap at communicating and lived in australia and used fed ex delivery service who in the end lost it at Stanstead, he used a shipper from Hong kong.
I filed a dispute on the 2nd of October and after loads of emailing and communicating with paypal this is the final result:
I got my whole refund back which is the total underneath (£210.00)
We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in
We were able to recover 210.00 GBP, and this amount has been credited
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.
If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.
This gives a little hope to all our friends who are dealing with disputes at the moment. I filed this dispute 9 days after i bought this item on fleabay so now you know you might be in with a chance of getting your money back in full (if the money is still in their account, which in my case was frozen as i escalated it to paypal decision)
Im so happy now and relieved and so is my lass, thanks very much to Dino for all his help in this process, you really never needed those emails last night now lol
