On the Kiss100 Website you can listen to past radio shows, And i want to download some, How can i do this without the option too?

Like you can record video from your screen, Can you do the same but with music?

Any way possible to download old kiss100 radio shows will help me please

You can use adobe audition to record sound card output but it would require you to record in real time

I think what VB is getting at is that you must actually listen to the show as it's recording rather than download a single file.

Press record, start radio show, turn speakers off, go back to PC in X hours, click stop, cancel radio playback.

Doesnt have to be live, just needs to be played.

You can do it with the Sound Recorder built in to Windows. Just go to the Control Panel, Sound options, select the Recording device to Stereo Mix/Wave Out.
