Radio Times Direct Debit question!

Hi guys
looking for a bit of advice!
I was charged £1 for the recent 12 copies of Radio Times I signed up for. So when I seen that the £1 was taken I followed advice from the comments made and canceled my direct debit.
I have logged on this morning and the £1 payment is now missing from my account summary, so now it looks like I havent paid!!! Any advice on this?
DO I need to set up the direct debit again!? so confused.... :(

They MAY have reversed the payment, and stopped your subscription early. This happened to me once when I was too keen to cancel. Either sign up again (if you want some more) or ignore it until you get advice that you're being invoiced for next year's subscription. Thanks for the headsup though, I usually go for that before Christmas time, might give it another week or two then subscribe myself - to get the bumper Chrimbly ones you know!)

Kelly-O you super star. Thanks ever so. I searched and only found the 8 week one, so thought I'd hang on a bit, but gone for it now. Cheers! xxxxx

Phil, I've cancelled my DD via my bank, do I have to phone the BBC up too?

Might not have to, but better to be safe than sorry. Shouldnt take you long and you know for definite then that they wont try and take any more money or anything. Could always wait until after the christmas issue <- Thats what I'm going to be doing

I usually cancel the DD and email them to say so. I get one back then, saying they've done it their end.

I never cancel the dd, but it would not hurt to give them a quick ring they are nice on the phone aswell.
