I bought an external harddrive / PMP enclosure 44 days ago, it arrived about a month ago, and it doesn't work properly, and tends to crash rather often. I;m not best pleased with it, especially as it was a christmas present that I'm now fostering until a fix can be found for it.
I want to raise a paypal dispute for it, but I'm not sure what to do. Should I report it as not received, or as received but faulty? Not received would mean I wouldn't have to mess around waiting for weeks or months for the notoriously apathetic DE cust service, but then, they did send it signed-for, so they have proof of delivery.
What should I do?
