Fucidin...H? it's got hydrocortisone in it yeah? be careful with it on your face.

Not an allergic rash or anything?

i have had rash on my cheeks a couple times, but not my whole face. i really dont have a clue whats caused it, but i am wondering if people can get rashes due to stress?

i really dont know whats caused it. yeah its got hydrocortisone in, i'll only put it on twice a day and i should be ok with it

fucidin is what doctors give for impetigo be careful with it and spread it thinly because it has got hydrocortisone in it and not to good in large amounts especially on your face. have you phoned nhs direct or pop to your local phrmacy first thing in the morning to see what they can recommend - my local boots are very helpful:roll:

I think you can get stress rashes...what about baby bum cream lol some sudocrem perhaps on the rashy bits? Why not visit a chemist tomorrow and ask the pharmacists advice.

i cant do anything, i have a 12 hour shift tomorrow so cant go anywhere. i have used this cream when ive had rash on my cheeks, and i put loads on  but it was ok and got rid of it in about 4 days. i will be careful with the cream though as its my whole face

stress can cause numerous problems with our bodies and system so it could be to do with that in the meantime though go easy on the cream and when you can next pop to your pharmacy and see what they suggest i am sure there is a cream called eurax which helps rashes - take care though and try not to stress about things and hope you have a brilliant night thursday!!! let me know how you get on

I hope so, if you are really worried though, just take a few hours sick and go x

cheers hun!
we have eurax! our house is like a pharmacy lol. but i find it helps more with stopping the itch than getting rid of the bumpy bits. i just hope ive caught it in time. if its gone by friday i wont go docs cos there will be nothing for him to look at lol. i dont feel mega stressed at the minute, just get moments where i start worrying and getting down about work and stuff but i know your body can be stressed and you dont realise it, maybe its one of those things.

rash on the face might be due to excessive heat, few weeks ago when i got too hot i started getting rashes i then got a fan for my room and used baby powder on my face before i went to bed and its cleared up now when it gets hot i can feel the rash coming on so i just keep using baby powder :giggle:

swine flu? isnt a rash a symptom of it?
#34

sudocrem is great for taking the heat out of a rash i would def try that.
#36
Try Angels on Bare Skin from Lush. Lovely cleanser...has taken the redness out of my (sensitive) skin.

well guys just letting you know it had gone by this morning, however i had a banging headache and a poorly tummy so maybe it was due to being a bit ill, or maybe i caught it in time with the fucidin h. thanks for your suggestions i will remember them if it happens again :)
