Hi just wondered if any one can help
my lad (14) keeps getting nuisance phone calls on his mobile phone he says he does not know who it is  and we have telephoned the person making the calls and told them to stop. I was just wondering if any one knew of a way to block this particular number ? it sounds like a bunch of daft kids but the calls are constant and annoying
Any help?

When i was younger (talking probably about 8 years ago now  i had this.)
Contact the police, they were actually really helpful and tracked the girl down, soon stopped her :)

I will look for the next free virgin sim the phone is locked to that network or will just buy one from their site if the problem persists

Virgin phones *may* accept t mobile sims if you try one of those, as from experience a locked t mobile phone has accepted a virgin sim - i think virgin go through t mobile or something?

What on earth happened to the good old days when you could just block a number via the phone. My last mobile was ridiculous, your choice was quite literally accept all incoming calls or block all incoming calls!

What a comment! I have a phone with Orange, o2 and three, no, i'd not touch virgin tbh, nor t-mobile, but it will take a long time before i'd touch vodafone; they're still tarnished and tainted around Manchester. Note to companies, never sponsor a football team :p
