In a nutshell I have just experienced terrible C/S from TJ HUGHES. The likes of which i thought disappeared some years back.
In brief i ordered three items, delivery was slow but when my three items of clothing arrived I noticed one had a large rip with white filler coming out from the neck of the garment and the other the Muppet who packet it had left the large Frisbee like circular security tag attached to the garment which i had no means of removing.
I fired off two emails and after the third day i called them up and I was promised that two replacement items were put to one side for me and when they received the damaged garments the replacements would be sent without delay..... Huh yeah right.
After many phone calls / Emails and being fobbed off that the replacements was still rolling through there systems I eventually got told that these items are now out of stock.
I explained to the C/S advisor ( Trained chimp ) that i was promised that two items were awaiting immediate dispatch to me. He said that there was no record of this and put me on hold for 5minutes before returning saying that only one colour was now in stock and would i like two of the same. I said to him why would i want two of the same colour when i asked for a grey and black item, this was acknowledged by an inaudible grunt! rep did'nt even oblige me with a token "I am sorry".
I feel completely let down and thoroughly p***** off by there incompetence and couldn't care less attitude.
I really want to complain but they would just fob me off and not reply to my email and if i spoke to someone in person i feel id get the same treatment.
How can i contact someone higher up the food chain. There CE if Beatrice LAFON yeah it could be seen as alittle OTT but i really want to fire off an email. Does anyone know any sites were Senior staff contact details can be obtained so i can email here directly?
