you've got to put it in writing. Think a copy of all the letters are on moneysavingexpert. You just need to put your name and address on it.

Think its still all on hold and they are not paying anyone out at the moment.

think they're in some legal battle and so are not paying out until its resolved, but I heard the banks are likely to lose and will have to give people money back and its best to get your claim in so that you're in the queue to be paid out.

This is actually going through the courts right now, and expected to be concluded by tomorrow. If the banks are successful nobody will be able to claim back these charges again. If not then the banks will have to pay back everyone that asks.

This means you cant claim them back at the moment as a test case is in court, but even if the bank fails they could appeal which would hold things up for months

Haven't they failed already and this is their appeal?

or was that just about them being stated as unfair

they will just reply with the total you have been charged in the time period - you then have to submit a claim which as said above is on hold at the mo but you should still put the claim in now.

Nothing about you and something for another discussion. That's why I deleted it as it would have taken the thread off at an angle.

I sent in a letter claiming financial hardship and they took no notice..dont think they will unles your prepared to take them to court. Ilovepink if you get a company to do it they will take some of the money as there fee.
