Here we go.............................

Very lightly toast the bread and then crumble to make some bread crumbs, mix the bread crumbs with the a teaspoon of paprika.
Cover the chicken fillets with a coating of flour.
Lightly beat one egg and dip the flour coated chicken, totally coat the chicken in egg.
Cover the chicken with the crumb mix until totally coated.
In a frying pan melt some butter or gently heat some oil. Fry the coated chicken breasts on both sides for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat and cover the pan. Gently fry on a low heat for a further 15 -20 minutes.
Remove from the pan and serve.
You can serve with the chips or cut the potatoes into wedges and have spicy wedges. For the spicy wedges, put the wedges in a bowl with a tablespoon of oil and coat the wedges. Add a teaspoon of paprika and mix to coat the wedges. Cook in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes at 220 deg C.
Enjoy!

southern fried chicken:
(u will need some oil)

flour, 1egg, paprika, salt & pepper, water

Mix together a light batter with the ingredients above and put some oil in a frying/pan enough to at least cover the chicken.
Cover the pieces of chicken in some flour seasoned with the salt&pepper, then coat it in the batter. Make sure the oil is very hot and then fry the pieces until golden brown.

mmmm.........

Simple, fry 2 eggs and cook some of the chips. Salt to taste.
Alternatively, drink in excess of a half bottle of vodka/gin/rum etc (according to taste) then randomly select any 4 items from list, place together in a pyrex bowl and microwave for at least 5 minutes (warning - 'interesting' things will happen with respect to sparks and smoke after about 10 minutes but you won't care).

Take the bread, place under a grill, switch on, turn over after about 3 minutes, take out 3 minutes later, add butter & there you have the perfect meal & so easy
