Recommend ONE great place to visit in your county

Thought i'd start this going, as the holidays and nice weather is round the corner.
I thought it would be good if people could make personnal recommendations following a visit to an attraction or place of interest, and where possible give a link to follow.
I am going to start the ball rolling with a place we went to this week - The Forbidden Corner in Middleton, North Yorkshire Dales.

Milton Keynes is like a fairground.....soo many roundabouts!!!

Good thing is tho, if you get lost, just turn around at the next roundabout!

Honestly tho, I would probably say the Xscape building as it houses the Ski Slope and possibly the Theatre too :?

Ryanair to Bournemouth? We drove from Scotland, 4 hrs to manchester then about 15 hrs further to get to Cornwall. Nightmare!!!

Eden Camp in Yorkshire is interesting:-D. POW camp and they have turned all the old shelters into different wartime themes.

Hmm...tough one, I like a lot of the areas in Scotland however as it's my 'home' it's not so much a holiday destination, having just come back from a great few days in the Lake District, Penrith would be my recommendation right now. Some pics:

As for personal tips following a visit to my county, in hygiene terms, I would suggest combing for bugs in any hair.

It is also recommended that you are vaccinated before departure to your destination.

Arkham Asylum
http://www.moviemarket.co.uk/library/photos/214/214129.jpg

Not an attraction but Arkham Asylum is a place of interest in the UK. Not to be confused with the one located near Gotham.

http://shutter02.pictures.aol.com/data/pictures/11/008/7F/4F/02/F6/1CPwyNiJSYrxj0Di7gTViz7UQksNcb3o01CD.jpg

Arkham Asylum does not have a good record, at least with regard to the high profile cases; escapes are frequent. Prisoners with unusual medical conditions that prevent them from staying in a regular prison are housed there. For example, Mr.32 is not technically insane, but he requires a strongly refrigerated environment to stay alive, which only Arkham can provide.
