red postal elastic bands needed (any posties out there that can help)?
Hi Everyone, I need some help, a friend of my mine who runs a local scouting group and has asked me to see if anyone has any red postal elastic bands.
He uses them for wrapping around plastic bags to keep everything waterproof for all the kids that go camping etc. (such as maps, tools, phones and other electrical items)
Apparently these are far better than the standard bands that you get from stationary shops as they last longer and dont break easy as he's used them in the past.
Just a kind request really to see if anyone who's a postie has a stash of them or anything.
Need a couple of hundred.
Willing to pay a quid or two towards for sending in post etc.
Cheers
Peter

If I see our postie this week , I'll ask him....
I don't know why our council don't fine The Royal Mail for littering.
It's disgusting the amount that are about.
And as Tah-M has said, it's not going to be doing the environment any good.
