I bought an item on that website, they charged my card. They then changed my order to "back order", so I rang them up to which they replied they needed to cancel my order as the item isn't in stock. I agreed.
This was on the 14th and noticed the money hasn't been put back into my account so rang them up again today. They now are saying it will take 28 days for them to refund the money into my account!!!
Do I have any rights against this long time period?
