Extra Strong Mints - seriously, they work!

Move around a lot as well - do some sit-ups if you can.

umm...well im not 100%, will see DR monday if not gone, suffered for 2 weeks back in october with the same, doubled in pain etc, hardly walk, had blood test, scans...(after it went lol), was told nothing wrong, googled symptoms, seems trapped wind is only option if i rule out all that would of been picked up last time

seems laughable but im in alot of pain, almost like contractions with a constant tenderness...everyone thinks its funny but my mum

Deffo for instant relief. Half a teaspoon in half a glass of water usually works for me.

doesnt need to be that is but one problem it can cause.
My little brother gets it from lactose intolerance which cant always be avoided, but if he has too much in a day he feels it and is bucked over for hours at a time, and he just has to hack it and sips water to try and flush his system through.
