Renewing Tesco Clubcard reward tokens

I have some Tesco Clubcard reward tokens for use at restaurants due to expire the end of this month. Does anyone know if they can be renewed or is it a matter of use them or lose them?

Im sure you can call them and get them to put the points back onto your account. I don't think you can renew the ones you have, Just order more once the next lot come through x

Trouble is I exchanged all the points I had when they were worth 4x

You can recall any Tesco vouchers you haven't used for up to 2 years ago. Go onto "My clubcard account" and you may be pleasantly surprised. I had £16 of vouchers from 2 years ago and turned them into £45 worth of Pizza Express.
Not sure about the restaraunt ones though.

beth3735 is right, they won't renew your vouchers but will put the points back on your account instead. I had to do this last month too.

Can my Clubcard rewards tokens be refunded?
Unused and in date rewards tokens can be returned to us for a Clubcard Points refund.
Please return to the following address:
Tesco Freetime Limited
PO Box 654
Crawley
RH10 1RG

Make sure get proof of postage or use some kind of recorded / trackable postage service.

They won't refund 4x value I don't feel. You may be lucky though if you state this. But they may just feel you should of used them while at a good value. But its worth a call to see what they can do for you x

If they refund at 3 x value then you will be better off. (_;)

Also, go to Tesco Clubcard online. I did this recently and found that I had not used £12.00 of tokens unused from 2009. After a phone call Tesco reissued the points.

We returned some days out ones and the original purchase vlaue was recredited to use again - ie if you need 100 clubcard points to get a voucher then the 100 points are credited back. it is irrelevent if the are 3x or 4x deals as you only get the original spend recredited.

Thanks for info, guys. Looks like I'll just have to use them up otherwise I'll lose the 4x value on them.

Hmmm just to give anyone else in a similar situation a heads up, Tesco operate a use them or lose them policy.

I just phoned them up to try and return some old out of date rewards tokens and they said basically tough. :(

I stupidly posted some rewards tokens just first class, not recorded or anything, and now the company ( an activities co) say they haven't received them. Is there anything I can do, will Tesco refund as the tokens haven't been 'cashed in'? There's a lesson to be learned here!!!!

If you got a certificate of postage which is free you could claim up to £46 from the Royal Mail.

no I just put it in a post box. Did it in a rush, only remembering afterwards the value of the contents!
