Did you get recovery discs?

Whats the make and model?

Its when you start up its one of the "f" keys unless you got a disc

Btw if you run a recover the person u sell to can still reocver your deatils :)

I have a drivers and utilities disc for reinstalling dell dimension computer software but last time I didn't have to use it.
I've tried most of the "f" keys but all it does is send me into bios.

If that's the case there's no point in restoring the pc, oh well:-(

Turn on the computer.
During the boot process, a blue bar with www.dell.com appears at the top of the screen.
2 Immediately upon seeing the blue bar, press .
If you do not press in time, let the computer finish starting, and then restart the
computer again

As I said, that worked with my old pc running xp but not with my current pc running Vista. I'll give Dell a call tomorrow and see what they suggest.
