I've had someone buy a bridesmaid dress from me and on flea bay and when i packaged it i didn't see any marks on it. She has now contacted me after receiving it today saying when you hold it up to the light there are two marks on it, she is now asking to return it saying its not as described. In my selling post i stated excellent condition and no returns accepted but obviously if there are marks on it its no good to her.
At the moment i have said i will only refund the cost of the item but should i actually be refunding the original postage she paid and the postage she incurs to return it?? She's being very polite but just want to make sure i pay her back what she is rightly owed.
