It's been turned on and just looked through

I'm just not quite sure if u still have the 7 day cooling off period?

Should have the 7day cooling still, t-mobile normally pretty good with customer services so you shouldnt worry too much. whats up with the satio? my gf was thinking of getting that soon..........

Edit: I've upgraded my phone a couple of months ago (HTC Hero) x2, maybe try that if your other half likes something similar to iphone

Just beware...some companies will say its used and the 7 day returns are now void because its been turned on. Not sure about t-mobile though but i know 3 do that. Check the T+C's first...will say in there what cooling off period you have and whether turning the phone on makes that void.

Thanks for replies guys will look into the t&c's when I'm home, I personally think the touch screen ain't as quick as the iPhone for example and don't think it's easy to get apps, maybe she needs a bit of time with it but I think she should go for the iPhone as it's more fun

If she bought online or over the phone there's a 7 day cooling off period (distance selling regs). If bought in store there's no cooling off period at all.
