I am returning my Xbox 360 to get repaired.
I have registered it and Microsoft told me to wait for the UPS mailing labels to come through before I book in the collection date.
I have received the email from UPS but the link gives me the following:
Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link. ( Error Code: 0 )https://www.ups.com/u.a/L.class?7E6819VX9170yzSqdoj/y9M%3D0SJ
And the exact same with the link to the receipt.
So basically I am stuck in limbo, I have booked my 360 in for repair but can't send it as I have no labels and have no idea where to send it.
There is no contact support that I can find in any of the emails, it just states "These emails are automated and not monitored so don't respond to this email".
How the heck can I return my console without any labels?
