Returning console to microsoft........

I am returning my Xbox 360 to get repaired.

I have registered it and Microsoft told me to wait for the UPS mailing labels to come through before I book in the collection date.

I have received the email from UPS but the link gives me the following:
Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link. ( Error Code: 0 )

And the exact same with the link to the receipt.

So basically I am stuck in limbo, I have booked my 360 in for repair but can't send it as I have no labels and have no idea where to send it.

There is no contact support that I can find in any of the emails, it just states "These emails are automated and not monitored so don't respond to this email".

How the heck can I return my console without any labels?

try find a phone number for UPS or some other email... ive had to do this a few times and there hasnt been any problems

But what do I say to them?

Do I just tell them I booked my Xbox in for repair and need some labels? Will they need some reference code or something?

say you got sent some emails by them but you cant view them via the links they attached... if they need a code did you get anything from xbox? or any reference number from UPS at all?

I got a code ref from Xbox but I doubt that will be relevant to the shipping on UPS systems, and none in the email from UPS. That is why I am thinking I am in limbo.

I got this error... cancelled the repair, then re-did it. Worked spot on then.

So you are allowed to cancel a repair and rebook it using the same console serial number?

Yes. Just cancel it, then put it through again. You'll get a new confirmation and UPS label.
