I've got a Coffee Grinder and it's stopped working.

I have 3 weeks left in regards to warranty cover.

Will i be able to exchange for new one?

If you got it from somewhere like Argos, currys and etc and you still have the receipt there should be no problems returning it.
depending where you got it from they may offer you a refurbed one. if you're lucky you'll get a new one :)
I bought it online, i don't have a receipt but i have the Card Statement.
they should be able to tie up the date on your card statement with their computer systems to see what was purchased. and as you are still within the warranty period, they should just exchange - but make sure you don't get a refurbed one!

As its after 6 months they might offer to fix it for you. Also it is up to the consumer to provide proof of purchase and not the retailer. They are well within their rights if you tell them you only have a statement to refuse to do anything.........even if comparing the statement to a reciept on their system involves pushing one button.
