Hi,

Previously, I'm pretty sure that when you requested a return on an item-that you'd get a confirmation email, with Returns Authorisation Number & a link for a printable pre-paid label & RA No. details to enc. in the returned package.

Is this still the case, as I can't find the link to the label...

Can anyone help?

You have to pay for postage and they refund you via your card..

Yeah they do that for large items etc but not for smaller ones, have had to send a lot of memory back to them recently as they kept sending me laptop mem instead of desktop..

I've never paid for any returns until today.

Just phoned them up to arrange collection of a PC card - £8.
& refused to take return DVD's @ PO unless have a printed label.. always taken them b4.

n now my printers got one o them error messages that just refuses to F O... :w00t:

I think you must be as i've sent loads of stuff back to play over the years and never had any printed labels.. as i said they refund the postage and i've never had a problem with them not paying it back, they usually overpay to be honest
