Bought an Xbox game from tesco last night got home tried it wouldn't play, looked at the disc and it was well worn, so took back today and even though the manager admited it was well worn and I'd had it less than 24hrs they still wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could exchange it (they didn't have anymore in stock) or get another game for same price (which I did although ended up with a game i didn't really want).
They've given me the head office number but just wondering if it's worth pursuing. My main grip is the game wasn't in a cellophane wrapper when I bought it (didn't notice the others were all in wrappers until today) so they've sold me a secondhand faulty game. They shouldn't be allowed to do this.
