I have only ever returned the one thing and that was an Xbox game and when I contacted Amazon they emailed me a free printable postage paid returns label as the item was inside the 30 day money back guarantee it took a couple weeks for the full refund to be credited to my account but no problems otherwise. I think you should go to their website and check the terms and conditions and see if the return is outside the 30 days but if its faulty thats different of course and depending how long you have had the item.

I always select the option for "item was not of the quality I expect". Free to return then :)

I returned something and printed the label and they deducted postage from my refund.
