Ive seen on the Richersounds website that they promise to beat any price for the same product - even prices online.

Has anybody any experience of the price promise at Richersounds? Will they match any offer?

Its just Ive seen a product on amazon that I want but obviously would like it cheaper and the Richersounds near me has it in stock but I dont want to make a wasted visit as its quite a drive

thanks

Why don't you call them?

They are funny about it and you will need a print out from Amazon of the deal, but from previous experience they make out its sold out anyway and try to get you buy something else!

Then ring them up and ask? :)

In my experience they are unwilling to genuinely offer price match. They go out of their way to say that there is no stock available or they can't phone through to check.

Then will pressurise you into buying the item anyway, this might just be the Brighton store, but I have had three unhappy experiences and won't be using them again.:x:x

Some online companies sell stuff with having stock e.g.Amazon , I have an item that I have waited for 5 weeks now and then there are online sellers which have just a few items at low prices, so called loss leaders and then when they have no stock they cancel your order. Just had Debenhams cancelled 3 items out of 5. So no wonder Richer Sounds cannot price match these dodgey and time waster deals.

Is it Amazon.co.uk selling the TV or a reseller (look at the name near the "add to basket" button) as some resellers of TV's are known to be scammers selling for unrealistic prices.
