I am moving to Romania later this year to study what will be the best phone contract options so that i can get data and ring the UK from over there?

I worked for a while in Timisoara, great place, lovely people to work with BUT the poverty was awful. 3rd world in Europe really. Anyway that was a few years ago now and I guess I can no longer answer your question with accurate info. Hope you enjoy your time there.

The advise I can give u is get to romania first and get a prepay card cause it's really cheap.
I think u can activate your credit with orange for international calls
I always buy orange prepay when i go to romania but i use national credit only but with 5euros u get thousonds of minutes and texts
