sometimes theres a hard reset on the back that you press with a pen
#2
There will be a little red rest use a pin/ needle and hold for about say 5 seconds to 10 seconds. This will put router back to factory defaults

username after being put back to default would be Administrator
password (Leave Blank)

run this on older computer and see if it picks up the wep key

Or if you already know how to do stuff why not just log into the router and view it from in there or change it to what you want. Or pay for someone to come and set it up for you.

Connect to router via Ethernet cable. Then access router and reset the wireless key

well just login to the router page, go type in internet explorer:
192.168.1.1
and login with details above and you can change the key to whatever you like without changing anything else
..that is if there are any computers attached to it at the moment, if not plug it in with ethernet cable

default is 192.168.2.1 in router mode or 192.168.2.254 access point mode

It may be on a sticker under the router /.
